Alresford Town can trace their roots back to 1898, although the modern club was established in 1989 and was originally in the North Hants League. Alresford have had some successful season in the Wessex League, topping the Premier Division table in 2019/20 when the season was abandoned. They were also triple-trophy winners in 2012/13. Division One Play-off appearances in 2022/23 and 2023/24 were a recent high point, before a 17th place finish last time out.
