Sandhurst Town Football Club was founded in 1910 and spent the next 69 seasons playing (largely) in the Reading & District League. They were founder members of the Chiltonian League, and play their home games at Bottom Meadow.  The ground has 250 seats out of a capacity of 1950.

In 2022-23 they were in the news after having to play 10 games in 13 days, they went on to win 8 and with that won the Combined Counties League Division One title.  Last season was more a struggle though as The Fizzers finished 20th out of 23 and have been transferred in to Wessex League Division One, just as their neighbours Yateley (less than three miles away!) have been promoted up and transferred out of the division.
